What makes your bundles different?
Every bundle is single-donor, cuticle-aligned, and steamed to hold its pattern. No synthetic fillers, no mixed sources — just raw and virgin hair finished in our Gold Champagne tones.
How long do the bundles last?
With proper care, our raw and virgin bundles last 12–24 months. We recommend sulfate-free products, gentle detangling, and storing on a satin hanger between installs.
Can I dye or bleach the hair?
Yes. Our virgin hair lifts and colors beautifully because the cuticles are intact and the strands have never been chemically processed. We recommend professional coloring for best results.
What textures and lengths do you offer?
We carry body wave, deep wave, straight, and curly in lengths from 12” to 30”. Each bundle is sold individually so you can mix lengths and textures to build your perfect look.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are steamed, sealed, and shipped within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days; expedited options are available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of hair products, we only accept returns on unopened, unused bundles in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Please inspect your order before opening.
